Conceptual design and master planning for an undeveloped ridgetop parcel. The home is sited into a knoll, integrated into the slope to maximize privacy to the north, and long views to the south. A material palette of concrete and steel is designed to withstand elements, primarily sun exposure, while weathering naturally over time. Passive strategies encourage openness and connection to outdoor living.
